AutoCAD Drafter & Designer (Remote – Pakistan)

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time AutoCAD Drafter & Designer to work remotely from Pakistan. The role supports Nodsol Canada Inc.’s internal production team by preparing 2‑D drawings for Ontario building permit applications. You will work on residential projects and related documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare professional 2D AutoCAD drawings from site measurements, sketches, photographs, PDFs, and instructions.
• Produce architectural floor plans, elevations, sections, roof plans, site plans, demolition plans, and details.
• Convert field measurements into accurate CAD drawings and maintain drawing standards, layers, dimensions, annotations, blocks, title blocks, and templates.
• Revise drawings based on feedback from clients, project managers, municipal authorities, and engineers.
• Create existing‑condition and proposed‑condition drawings for building permit documentation.

Required profile

• Strong 2D AutoCAD proficiency.
• Good understanding of architectural drafting and construction drawings.
• Ability to read and interpret floor plans, elevations, sections, and site plans.
• Basic knowledge of residential construction practices.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions in a remote environment.

What we offer

• Salary of PKR 30,000 – 35,000 per month.
• Full‑time remote position with morning shift overlapping Canadian/Eastern Time.
