B2B Lead Generation Specialist – Meta Ads

About the role
PureLogics is hiring a results-driven Meta Ads expert with hands-on experience in B2B and high-ticket lead generation targeting US-based buyers. The role is based in Johar Town, Lahore, onsite from 1pm to 10pm.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, launch and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across multiple industries.
- Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Manage audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike campaigns and creative testing.
- Implement Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI) and HubSpot offline conversion tracking.
- Optimize campaign performance, control acquisition costs and maximize ROI.
- Monitor lead quality and coordinate with the sales team on time.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in B2B or high-ticket Meta Ads lead generation.
- Proven results showing ad spend, cost per lead or SQL, and pipeline or revenue generated.
- Hands-on expertise in Meta Pixel, CAPI and HubSpot integration.
- Experience targeting US-based audiences is essential.
