Bid Specialist

About the role

Cybernet is looking for a detail‑oriented Bid Specialist to join its Pre‑Sales team at the Head Office in Karachi. The role will manage the full bid lifecycle for enterprise and carrier‑grade telecom solutions, ensuring proposals are compliant, competitive and delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end bid management, from pre‑bid engagement and qualification through RFIs, RFQs, RFPs and post‑bid presentations.
• Analyse tender documents to extract technical, commercial and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product, Finance, Legal, PMO and technical teams to gather inputs and compile complete proposals.
• Draft and review technical and commercial sections, executive summaries, compliance matrices and bid clarifications.
• Validate costing, support pricing alignment and prepare business cases in partnership with Finance.
• Work with Legal to review contractual terms, flag risks and assist in negotiations.
• Maintain a bid repository of templates, past proposals and best practices, and drive continuous improvement of bid processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecom, Electronics, Computer Systems or a related discipline (MBA or business qualification is a plus).
• Proven experience in bid or proposal management within the telecom or technology sector.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
