Bid Specialist

About the role

The Bid Specialist will build and manage a self‑sustaining tender pipeline across eight service lines, targeting a US$2 million pipeline in the first year. The role focuses on coverage, supplier access, and qualification/packaging of tenders, ensuring no opportunity is missed and submissions are compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a coverage register, monitor procurement portals, mailboxes and HubSpot to capture 95%+ of relevant solicitations.
• Drive the Supplier Access Program: register with target accounts, keep vendor profiles current and ensure zero lapses in eligibility.
• Screen tender documents, brief practice stakeholders with clear Go/No‑Go recommendations, and achieve 80%+ agreement on decisions.
• Kick‑off approved bids, manage compliance matrices, timelines, clarifications and package submissions to meet all deadlines.
• Capture bid outcomes, analyse win/loss data and publish monthly intelligence reports.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of GCC government, state‑owned enterprise and financial institution procurement processes.
• Ability to work independently, hold senior stakeholders to deadlines and maintain high attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset to turn win/loss data into actionable recommendations.

Required skills

• Design and operate monitoring systems across portals, supplier networks and procurement departments.
• Conduct supplier registration, due‑diligence and maintain eligibility documentation.
• Analyse tender documents for eligibility, weighting, mandatory forms and disqualifiers.
