Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English-Spanish)

About the role

A friendly, fluent and detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Representative is sought to act as the main point of contact for English- and Spanish-speaking customers. The role covers customer interaction, issue resolution, account support and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Assist English- and Spanish-speaking customers by phone, email and live chat.
• Listen to customer inquiries or concerns, troubleshoot issues and give accurate, timely solutions.
• Help customers with account updates, billing questions, orders, tracking and returns or exchanges.
• Maintain knowledge of the company's products, services, policies and promotions.
• Verbally translate complex ideas between English and Spanish and translate written documents or emails when needed.
• Log customer interactions, notes and resolutions accurately in the CRM database.

Required profile

• Native or near-native professional fluency (spoken and written) in both English and Spanish; Spanish is required.
• 1+ year of experience in customer service, a call center or a client-facing role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication with strong active listening.
• Critical thinking and decision-making to handle complaints under pressure.
• High emotional intelligence, patience, empathy and adaptability.
