About the role

Pro Global Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a qualified Clinical Psychologist who is fluent in English and Spanish to independently conduct psychometric assessments. The role involves administering, scoring, interpreting, and documenting clinical tests while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Independently administer clinical psychometric tests using standardized procedures.
• Score, interpret, and analyze assessment results in line with professional guidelines.
• Prepare accurate assessment reports and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Communicate assessment procedures and results effectively in both English and Spanish.
• Select appropriate assessment tools based on evaluation purpose and individual needs.
• Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and security of assessment records.
• Conduct assessments ethically and according to professional standards.
• Collaborate with team members to support assessment-related requirements and meet deadlines.
• Stay updated on clinical assessment methodologies and best practices.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or PhD in Clinical Psychology from a recognized institution.
• Fluency in English and Spanish with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to independently administer, score, and interpret psychometric assessments.
• Strong understanding of psychological testing principles and standardized procedures.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and report‑writing abilities.
• High professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently and manage assessment responsibilities effectively.
