Branch Manager - Remote

About the role

Askari Life Assurance Company Ltd., part of the Askari Group (AWT) and listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange, is hiring a Branch Manager. This is a full-time, remote position responsible for overseeing day-to-day branch operations and business development. The role leads and mentors branch staff, sets performance targets and monitors sales and service KPIs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and support policy sales and renewals.
• Ensure timely and accurate handling of customer inquiries and claims coordination.
• Implement corporate strategies at the branch level and maintain compliance with regulatory and company policies.
• Prepare regular performance reports and collaborate with regional and head office teams to drive growth and improve customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management or a related field; a relevant professional certification is an advantage.
• Experience in insurance or financial services is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of life insurance products, policy administration and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment using digital tools for coordination, reporting and client engagement.
