Branch Supervisor, Branch Manager and Operation Manager

About the role

Oresto Pizza, a growing fast-food business, is looking for an operations leader to oversee branch performance in Gujranwala. The role combines branch supervision, team leadership and day-to-day operational management to support consistent service, product quality and responsible business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff coverage, food preparation flow and customer service.
• Supervise, coach and schedule team members, set clear expectations and support training and performance development.
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, cleanliness and workplace standards in line with company procedures.
• Monitor inventory, stock rotation, wastage and ordering; coordinate with suppliers and report operational needs.
• Review sales, costs, customer feedback and branch results, and take steps to improve performance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and help ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain operational records, cash-handling controls and routine reports for management.
• Coordinate with company leadership on staffing, procedures, promotions and improvements.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience supervising a restaurant, fast-food outlet or comparable customer-facing operation.
• Strong staff leadership, shift planning, coaching and communication skills.
• Hands-on, organized and able to balance people leadership with service and operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of food safety, hygiene, cleanliness and safe food-handling practices.
• Ability to monitor inventory, stock rotation, purchasing, wastage and basic cost controls.
• Comfort reviewing sales figures, expenses and operational reports.
• Reliable cash-handling, recordkeeping and basic computer or point-of-sale system skills.
