Brand Concierge – E‑Commerce Order Support (Remote)

About the role

TalentPop App is seeking a remote Brand Concierge to deliver premium e‑commerce customer experiences. You will assist shoppers through chat, email, phone, and SMS, helping them complete purchases, recover abandoned carts, and retain subscriptions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide multi‑channel support for order inquiries, product questions, and post‑purchase issues.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities to increase order value.
• Execute subscription recovery, abandoned‑cart follow‑ups, and win‑back campaigns.
• Manage order tracking, returns, exchanges, and cancellations with a customer‑first mindset.
• Maintain accurate customer records and share feedback for process improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance workflows and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote sales or customer support experience in e‑commerce.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience handling customer service via phone, email, or chat.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable in a fast‑paced remote environment.
