Business Analyst – Global Transaction Banking

About the role

The Business Analyst will act as the domain expert for Payments and Clearing within the Global Transaction Banking division. You will translate business vision into product solutions, support product development, and ensure that digital solutions meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Craft user stories and sprint plans to drive product development.
• Define and document customer business functions, processes, and operating models.
• Identify and document business needs, current procedures, problems, and system access requirements.
• Ensure system design aligns with user needs and product specifications.
• Build and commercialize Virtual Account capabilities.
• Review SIT and UAT test cases and participate in functional testing.
• Act as Business Manager for the Cash Management Product Team and lead risk management and governance.
• Manage stakeholders across business, technology, operations, and risk functions.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in banking, with strong expertise in Cash Management and Corporate Banking.
• Deep knowledge of Correspondent Banking, FI Clearing, cross‑border payments, SWIFT MT/MX standards, and Nostro/Vostro account operations.
• Ability to understand strategic business objectives and work independently.
• Comfortable working in hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery environments.
