About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Business Developer with a focus on freelance platforms, particularly Upwork. The role involves identifying opportunities, crafting winning proposals, and securing projects to meet monthly revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork.
• Write compelling, client‑tailored proposals.
• Communicate with prospective clients to understand their needs.
• Negotiate project scope, timelines, and pricing.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, and project status.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of business development experience on Upwork or similar freelance platforms.
• Proven track record of winning projects and generating business.
• Excellent English communication and proposal writing skills.
• Strong negotiation and client relationship management abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
