Business Development Associate

About the role

Visionigma is seeking a full‑time Business Development Associate to work on‑site in Islamabad. The associate will help identify and qualify potential clients, support lead‑generation campaigns and keep a healthy pipeline of business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research, analyse industry trends and gather competitive intelligence.
• Prepare client presentations, proposals and pitch decks in collaboration with consulting and strategy teams.
• Support lead generation activities, prospecting and basic sales follow‑up.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align client needs with Visionigma’s service offerings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior experience in consulting, business development or B2B services is an advantage but not mandatory.
