About the role
We are seeking a confident, results‑driven Business Development Executive to expand our presence in the UK and US markets. The role focuses on generating leads, engaging prospects, and driving growth for international clients.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and business development activities targeting UK and US markets.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
- Present company services, handle objections, negotiate and convert leads into clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow‑ups, and sales activities in CRM.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Telesales, or Cold Calling.
- Proven experience in international client outreach, especially UK and US markets.
- Excellent spoken and written English with strong communication and negotiation skills.
