Business Development Executive

About the role

The Business Development Executive will work on‑site in Lahore, focusing on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for Maxxam‑V’s labeling, printing, packaging and retail solutions portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect target customers, build and manage a robust sales pipeline, and qualify new business opportunities.
• Conduct client meetings, present product offerings, prepare proposals and quotations, and negotiate terms to close deals.
• Maintain and grow key accounts through regular follow‑up, performance reviews, and cross‑selling or upselling.
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams, track market trends and competitor activities, and update CRM and sales reports for accurate forecasting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in new business development and lead generation with strong pipeline management.
• Solid business and account management capabilities to sustain long‑term client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting solutions, handling objections and negotiating.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic CRM tools.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting.
