Business Development Executive

About the role

Hafiz DGM is looking for a Business Development Executive to support its growth in Faisalabad. The role suits a proactive professional who can identify potential clients, understand their business needs and build productive relationships that drive sustainable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Research industries and prospective accounts to identify new business opportunities.
• Contact prospective clients, introduce the company's services and arrange discussions about their requirements.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and commercial offers with relevant internal teams.
• Maintain regular follow-up, manage opportunities through the sales pipeline and track outreach, meetings, proposals and outcomes.
• Build relationships with new and existing clients and coordinate timely responses to their questions.
• Monitor market activity and share customer and competitor insights with management.
• Work toward agreed business development targets while representing the company professionally.

Required profile

• Strong prospecting, lead generation and client relationship-building abilities.
• Clear, persuasive verbal and written communication, including presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs, qualify opportunities and recommend appropriate services.
• Experience preparing proposals, presentations, quotations or other client-facing materials.
• Organised follow-up and pipeline management with accurate recordkeeping and timely reporting.
• Commercial awareness and self-motivation, with effective collaboration with internal teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office software and spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
