Business Development Executive – Medical Billing

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth for our medical billing and revenue cycle management services in Rawalpindi. You will identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and convert prospects into long‑term partners.

Key responsibilities

• Research, qualify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking and proactive outreach.
• Generate and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads and prospective clients.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and service demonstrations, clearly communicating our value proposition.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Lead negotiations and work toward closing business deals to meet sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date sales pipeline and provide regular reports, forecasts and performance analyses.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field (Master's degree advantageous).
• 1–2 years of experience in business development, B2B sales or a client‑facing role, preferably in medical billing or healthcare RCM.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Willingness to work the 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM shift on a full‑time, office‑based basis.

• Ability to build professional relationships with decision‑makers and international (especially US) clients.
