Business Development Executive - Medical Billing

About the role

You will generate and close new business for medical billing services with US healthcare providers, talking directly with practice owners, office managers and billing managers about how their revenue cycle works, where it leaks and what can be fixed. It is a consultative sales role, not a dial-count seat, and you will work US time zone hours, onsite in Lahore.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to US healthcare practices and providers
• Run discovery calls to understand current billing processes and pain points
• Present medical billing services and answer technical questions confidently
• Prepare proposals and pricing in line with client requirements
• Negotiate and close agreements
• Maintain the pipeline and report on it accurately
• Coordinate handover with the operations team once an account is signed

Required profile

• 2+ years of business development or sales experience in medical billing or RCM
• Experience selling to US healthcare clients
• Strong spoken English and confidence on calls
• Able to work US time zone hours, onsite in Lahore
• Nice to have: experience with specific specialties or multi-provider practices, familiarity with billing software such as Kareo, AdvancedMD or eClinicalWorks, and an existing network of US provider contacts

Required skills

• Working knowledge of the revenue cycle: claims, denials, AR, collections
• Proposal preparation and negotiation
