Business Development Executive - Real Estate

About the role

AB Builders is hiring Business Development Executives for AB Colonnade, an upcoming commercial and residential development in DHA Phase 1. The role suits confident, result-oriented professionals with a background in real estate sales and business development who can identify potential clients, build business relationships and help grow sales. The position is full-time and on-site, with office hours from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, generate and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
• Engage with potential investors and clients to understand their property requirements and investment objectives.
• Conduct client meetings and present project information and investment opportunities.
• Follow up consistently with prospective clients and maintain professional relationships throughout the sales process.
• Negotiate with potential clients and manage sales discussions to achieve successful closures.
• Work on both company-provided leads and independently generated prospects, keeping lead management, client communication and follow-ups organised.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in real estate sales or business development.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to engage confidently with potential investors and clients.
• Understanding of real estate sales processes and client relationship management.
• Proactive, professional and results-oriented approach; able to work independently while supporting team objectives.
