About the role
AA Japan is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join its growing team in the automotive industry. Working remotely, you will help connect with new clients, build strong business relationships and create new sales opportunities. The role suits someone who is confident, good with people and enjoys working towards targets.
Key responsibilities
- Find and contact potential clients
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Understand client needs and offer suitable solutions
- Negotiate and close deals
- Explore new markets and business opportunities
- Work towards sales targets
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or business development
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Confident, proactive and target-oriented
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Automotive industry experience is a plus
