Business Development & International Sales Executive

About the role

The Business Development & International Sales Executive will drive growth of halal meat exports by identifying new markets and building strong client relationships worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand international sales and market presence.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across global markets, especially the Middle East.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients and partners.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to uncover sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing to create international sales strategies and promotional materials.
• Lead negotiations, close deals with international clients and distributors.
• Conduct competitor analysis and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, budget reports and performance metrics.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of sales or export experience, preferably in food, meat or agri‑products.
• Existing network of buyers or importers, especially in the Middle East.
• Strong understanding of global markets and international trade regulations.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations or related field.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Advanced use of MS Office Suite.
