Business Development Manager – Global IT Dispatch & Staffing

About the role

Nexvora IT LTD is expanding its global IT dispatch and staffing services. We are looking for a results‑driven Business Development Manager to acquire new MSP and enterprise clients, onboard the company onto vendor portals, and close recurring contracts for remote helpdesk and field‑engineer services.

Key responsibilities

• Run targeted B2B outreach (LinkedIn, email, cold calling) to Service Delivery Managers, Infrastructure Directors, and Operations Leads at mid‑to‑large MSPs.
• Register Nexvora IT on global subcontractor networks and procurement platforms such as Field Nation and WorkMarket.
• Pitch remote helpdesk staffing and global dispatch capabilities, address pricing and SLA objections, and negotiate recurring monthly contracts.
• Maintain and grow relationships with won clients to become their primary partner for global field dispatch needs.

Required profile

• 1.5–4+ years of hands‑on B2B sales or business development experience in global IT dispatch, MSP staffing, or offshore IT services.
• Deep understanding of industry terminology (SLAs, Smart Hands, L1/L2 support, field engineers, ticketing systems, vendor management).
• Flawless executive‑level spoken and written English; comfortable delivering video pitches to Western executives.
• Proven ability to generate leads independently and close corporate accounts.
