Business Development Manager – India & Pakistan (Crypto Futures)

About the role

LBank is seeking results‑driven Business Development Managers to grow its crypto futures business across India and Pakistan. You will identify market opportunities, build strategic partnerships and drive user acquisition within the local crypto ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Drive growth of LBank's futures trading business in the assigned market.
• Identify, develop and maintain relationships with crypto KOLs, influencers, affiliates, trading communities, institutional partners and other industry stakeholders.
• Explore new market opportunities and forge strategic partnerships to support user acquisition and business expansion.
• Lead partnership negotiations, draft cooperation proposals and coordinate agreement implementation.
• Represent LBank at local Web3 conferences, crypto events and networking activities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities to strengthen LBank's presence.

Required profile

• Indian or Pakistani nationality.
• Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency, Web3, blockchain and fintech ecosystems in the target market.
• Proven experience in business development, strategic partnerships or market expansion, preferably within a cryptocurrency exchange.
• Established network with crypto KOLs, affiliates, trading communities or institutional partners.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship‑management skills.

What we offer

• Compensation ranging from 1,000 to 3,000 USDT per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
