Sales Manager

About the role

StormFiber is seeking a full‑time Sales Manager to lead its local sales team in Rahimyar Khan. The role is on‑site and focuses on driving revenue growth for the company’s fiber‑to‑the‑home broadband services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies, set targets and monitor performance against goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with residential and commercial customers.
• Coordinate closely with marketing and operations to run customer acquisition campaigns.
• Oversee smooth onboarding and after‑sales support for new clients.
• Analyze market trends, prepare sales reports and continuously improve sales processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales leadership, managing teams and driving performance in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong customer relationship and account management abilities, with proven negotiation and closing skills.
• Experience in telecom, broadband or technology services is highly beneficial; local market knowledge of Rahimyar Khan is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Comfort using basic digital tools for sales planning and reporting.
