Business Development Manager – Study Abroad & Visa Services

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead sales and client acquisition for our study abroad, visit visa, and immigration services. The role involves driving revenue growth, managing a sales team, and building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to generate new business and achieve sales targets.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the business development and sales team.
• Generate and convert leads through calls, meetings, referrals, and digital channels.
• Conduct client consultations to understand study abroad, visa, and immigration needs.
• Maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients throughout the sales process.
• Monitor team performance, sales pipeline, conversions, and revenue targets.
• Coordinate with processing and operations teams for smooth client handling.
• Prepare regular sales reports and present updates to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales or management, preferably in study abroad, immigration or visa services.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Experience leading and managing a sales or business development team.
• Strong communication, negotiation and client‑handling skills.

• Basic reporting tools.
