Business Development Officer

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Officer to drive growth by generating and qualifying leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with C‑suite managers through cold calling and outbound calls.
• Source leads via LinkedIn and other channels.
• Follow up regularly to qualify leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Meet sales targets and support overall sales growth.
• Handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines efficiently, and track the sales pipeline.
• Build strong relationships with existing clients and reach out to new potential clients.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or experienced candidate.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work under deadlines.
• Strong relationship‑building and client‑facing abilities.
