Call Center Representative - Property Sales

About the role

Zameen.com, Pakistan's largest online real estate portal connecting buyers with sellers within and outside the country, is hiring a call representative for its project sales function. You will sell property units, visit clients, understand their needs, give demonstrations and help close deals while acting as the face of the company.

Key responsibilities

• Understand clients' requirements and keep them informed about relevant property units.
• Give clients demonstrations, arrange site visits and follow up until deals are closed.
• Follow up with clients to understand changes in their requirements and maintain good relationships.
• Provide a simple, seamless process so every customer has a positive experience.

Required profile

• Degree-level education or equivalent practical experience.
• 1-2 years of sales experience; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Passion for sales, with commitment to excellence and customer service.
• Strong communication skills.
