Call Center Sales Closer (Experienced)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Call Center Sales Closer to join our on‑site team in Rawalpindi. The role involves handling both outbound and inbound calls to close sales, convert qualified leads, and secure commitments from prospective and existing customers.

Key responsibilities

• Make and receive calls to close sales and convert qualified leads.
• Present services clearly, address questions and objections, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Update CRM or call‑management systems and document call outcomes.
• Meet or exceed assigned targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to improve scripts and closing techniques.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑facing experience, preferably in customer service or support roles.
• Proven ability to maintain high customer satisfaction through professional communication.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, persuasion, and quick rapport building over the phone.
• Goal‑oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and consistently meet performance targets.
• Minimum high school education; further education in business, communications, or related fields is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Experience using call‑center software.
• Competence in email and basic office applications.

What we offer

• PKR 100,000 basic salary.
• Incentives that can raise total earnings up to PKR 250,000.
• Night shift schedule (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM).
