Calling Agent (Inbound/Outbound)

About the role

AS Estimation & Consultants is looking for confident, energetic and target-driven Calling Agents in Lahore to communicate with potential and existing clients, handle calls professionally, follow up with prospects and support business development. The role suits people with strong English communication skills who enjoy working toward performance targets. The shift is Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
• Communicate with clients professionally and confidently, explaining company services and answering questions.
• Follow up with leads and potential customers, and handle objections to identify sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and follow-ups.
• Meet assigned calling and performance targets.
• Coordinate with team members to support business development activities.

Required profile

• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous inbound or outbound calling experience.
• Confident, professional telephone manner and good objection-handling skills.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team.
• Punctual, professional and reliable.
• Experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service or business development is preferred.
