Car Sales Officer

About the role

As a Car Field Sales Officer at PakWheels.com, you will drive vehicle sales for partner dealers and private sellers. You will act as the primary liaison between sellers, buyers, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage vehicle listings for assigned customers, including on‑site visits to upload and update listings and coordinate with inspection teams for certification.
• Handle incoming customer inquiries via calls, SMS, WhatsApp, etc., providing accurate information to prospective buyers.
• Accompany prospective buyers to seller locations, using effective sales techniques to showcase and sell vehicles.
• Facilitate the transfer of vehicle ownership from sellers to buyers during transactions.
• Provide detailed daily and weekly reports to managers tracking sales activities and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• In‑depth knowledge of automobiles, industry trends, and market standards.
• Persistent, self‑motivated, and dedicated to achieving sales targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Competence in digital communication tools such as Internet and Email.
