Chief Executive Officer – Healthcare Services

About the role

We are seeking a visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead our newly established integrated healthcare network across Pakistan. The CEO will shape strategy, drive growth, and ensure a patient‑centric ecosystem spanning retail pharmacies, polyclinics and future services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s strategic business plan.
• Lead overall operations of a nationwide network of pharmacies and polyclinics.
• Drive expansion through acquisitions, new initiatives and scalable systems.
• Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts and set performance targets.
• Ensure profitability, operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
• Build and manage high‑performing executive and operational teams.
• Establish governance frameworks, SOPs and operational policies.
• Negotiate commercial agreements with suppliers and strategic partners.
• Monitor KPIs, implement continuous improvement and identify new revenue opportunities.
• Report regularly to the Board on performance, risks and strategic matters.

Required profile

• Medical or business degree (MBBS, Pharm‑D, BBA, MBA, MHA or related); MBA or postgraduate qualification in Healthcare Management preferred.
• 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive role.
• Proven track record managing multi‑site healthcare operations such as pharmacy chains, hospitals or clinics.
• Demonstrated ability to scale businesses and drive profitability.
