Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

About the role

The Chief Financial Officer will provide strategic financial leadership for PTCL, ensuring strong governance, sustainable growth and effective risk management. Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will translate the company’s strategic priorities into robust financial plans and measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with business growth priorities.
• Lead annual planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management processes.
• Ensure accurate, timely preparation of financial statements, regulatory filings and disclosures.
• Manage treasury, liquidity, working‑capital and cash‑flow forecasting.
• Oversee tax strategy, compliance and effective tax planning.
• Drive cost optimisation, financial efficiency and risk‑management frameworks.
• Lead mergers, acquisitions, divestments and other strategic transactions, including due diligence and integration.
• Build and maintain relationships with regulators, auditors, banks, investors and other financial stakeholders.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, ACMA, CPA or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in large, capital‑intensive organisations.
• At least 5‑7 years in senior finance leadership roles with enterprise‑level responsibility.
• Demonstrated experience in financial strategy, budgeting, treasury, tax, regulatory compliance and corporate finance.
