About the role
We are seeking a Chinese‑speaking Automotive & Industrial Electrician to support the Thar Coal Mining Project in Sindh, Pakistan. The role involves electrical work on mining equipment, automotive systems, and heavy vehicles, with occasional travel to Islamabad or other sites for short‑term assignments.
Key responsibilities
- Assemble, install, troubleshoot and maintain electrical distribution and control panels.
- Read and interpret electrical circuit diagrams and schematics.
- Use multimeters and other basic testing equipment to diagnose faults.
- Perform automotive electrical system maintenance, including fault‑code reading and vehicle diagnostics.
- Carry out basic vehicle maintenance, routine servicing, mechanical troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on trucks, mining equipment, and construction machinery.
- Support on‑site technical teams and act as a liaison with Chinese engineers and supervisors.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of relevant electrical experience.
- Fluent spoken Chinese with the ability to communicate effectively with Chinese project staff.
- Proficiency in reading electrical diagrams and using multimeter equipment.
- Practical experience with automotive electrical systems and heavy‑vehicle electrical circuits.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn diagnostic software for vehicle fault‑code analysis.
- Willingness to work on a remote mining site with a 90‑day on / 15‑day off rotational schedule.

What we offer
- Compensation based on a 26‑day basic salary plus overtime for weekend days.
