Client Relationship Executive (Remote)

About the role

Pro Link Solutions is hiring a Client Relationship Executive (Client Dealing Executive) for a fully remote position. The role acts as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues so that customers feel supported. Corporate onboarding and training are provided.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and giving responsive support.
• Communicate professionally with clients by phone, email and other channels to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist clients with service onboarding and guide them through their engagement with the company.
• Coordinate with internal teams so that client requirements are met and service delivery is timely and accurate.
• Manage client feedback and escalate issues appropriately to improve service quality.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Take part in corporate training sessions and apply what is learned to improve client management and communication.
• Work efficiently in a remote setting while staying productive and professional.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Confidence and professionalism when dealing with clients.
• Able to work independently and collaborate within the company's structure.
