Closer and Verifier (On-site)

About the role

Sh Outreach is looking for a motivated Closer and Verifier to join its on‑site team in Rawalpindi. In this full‑time position you will guide prospective clients through the final stages of sales or partnership agreements, confirm all details, and ensure mutual understanding before contracts are signed.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients by phone and in person to explain final terms and answer questions.
• Verify documentation, escrow details and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to finalize deals and record closing information.
• Maintain accurate records of all closings and verification activities.
• Support customer‑service initiatives by addressing client concerns and ensuring smooth transitions.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Experience in deal closure, sales, real‑estate, finance or related fields.
• Background in customer service with a professional approach to inquiries.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Rawalpindi and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail in data entry and record‑keeping.
