CMS Developer (Front-End Focused)

About the role

VinnCorp, a digital transformation company that plans, designs, builds and maintains digital solutions, is looking for an experienced CMS Developer focused on front-end work. You will build, optimise and maintain responsive, high-performing websites across traditional and headless CMS environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to turn designs into clean, accessible code, manage dynamic content and integrate third-party services. The position is full-time and hybrid, based in Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, on a night shift (8:00 PM - 5:00 AM PKT).

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain and enhance reusable web components and site templates from design files, ensuring cross-browser compatibility, responsiveness, accessibility and SEO best practices.
• Edit content, build pages, manage media, update rich text and migrate content directly within CMS platforms.
• Implement third-party API integrations and help configure content models, publishing workflows and dynamic templates.
• Troubleshoot and debug front-end, styling, layout and content rendering issues.
• Collaborate with project managers, UI/UX designers, QA engineers and international clients in an Agile workflow.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on development experience across at least two CMS platforms (e.g. Sitecore, WordPress, Drupal, Contentful or Strapi).
• Deep understanding of CMS architecture, including component creation, content modelling, templates and publishing workflows.
• Proven experience integrating third-party APIs and using Git in Agile workflows.
• Strong written and verbal English for direct client interaction and team collaboration.
• Nice to have: Sitecore XM Cloud or headless Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, Coveo or similar search tools, and official CMS certifications.
