COD Manager – Cash on Delivery Operations Lead

About the role
The COD Manager will lead the cash‑on‑delivery function, ensuring that payments are processed quickly and accurately while supporting a seamless customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee COD operations, guaranteeing efficient and timely processing of payments.
- Monitor and analyse COD performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance COD effectiveness.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues related to COD promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
- Prepare regular reports on COD operations and present findings to senior management.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years of experience in cash management or a related field.
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Bachelor’s degree or a related field preferred.
