Cold Caller – Outbound Sales

About the role

Join Resolve Digital LLC as a full‑time Cold Caller in Bahria Town Phase 8, Rawalpindi. You will make outbound calls to prospective customers, introduce the company’s services, qualify leads and arrange follow‑ups or appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls, maintain accurate call records and update the CRM or call logs.
• Meet individual and team targets for call volume, conversions and sales.
• Handle objections professionally and ensure a positive experience for every contact.
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine scripts and share prospect feedback.

Required profile

• Strong verbal communication in English with confident phone etiquette.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior call‑center or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven environment, manage time effectively and handle repetitive tasks.
• Professional demeanor, resilience to rejection and a positive attitude toward continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Basic computer literacy, including use of CRM tools and call‑tracking software.
• Familiarity with standard office applications.
