Cold Calling & Lead Generation Agent

About the role

Bright Solutions is hiring experienced, motivated and professional Cold Calling & Lead Generation Agents for U.S.-based campaigns. The position is full-time and on-site in Karachi, with an 8-hour shift covering U.S. business hours. Candidates must be confident in English and able to communicate with potential clients and generate quality leads.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential U.S.-based clients.
• Generate, identify and qualify leads professionally.
• Communicate campaign information clearly and confidently.
• Maintain accurate call records and follow-up details.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly performance targets.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve campaign goals.

Required profile

• Graduate or undergraduate degree (no Intermediate).
• Previous experience in cold calling, outbound sales or lead generation is mandatory.
• Strong spoken English and excellent communication skills.
• Confidence in engaging potential clients over the phone and ability to achieve targets.
• Professional, disciplined and target-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours.
• Good at email drafting.

Required skills

• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Outbound calling and lead qualification.

Working conditions

• Shifts: 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM from March to November, and 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM from November to March (Pakistan Standard Time).
• Salary of PKR 40,000 to 65,000 per month depending on experience, English communication skills and performance.
• On-site work in Karachi.
