About the role
Ehsas Home Health (DBA: Jardin Home Health) is looking for a motivated, articulate and resourceful Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist to connect with prospective clients. The position is remote and can be full-time or part-time.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to educate potential clients about Jardin Home Health's services
- Send emails, respond promptly and schedule follow-up calls based on interest and feedback
- Log key points and responses accurately using Google Sheets/Excel and Word
- Follow a guided script while adapting conversations as needed to achieve results
- Give feedback on the outreach strategy and help improve messaging and conversion rates
Required profile
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure or cold-call conversations
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
