Cold Calling Specialist

About the role

AdMasters Advertising Agency is a data-driven digital marketing company that helps global brands scale through Meta, Google and TikTok advertising. It is hiring a full-time, hybrid Cold Calling Specialist based in Multan, with some work done from home. The specialist introduces the agency's digital marketing services to prospective clients, qualifies leads and schedules follow-up meetings or demos for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain call logs and update CRM records
• Follow scripts while tailoring messaging to each prospect's needs
• Achieve agreed call and conversion targets
• Collaborate with marketing and sales colleagues to refine outreach strategies and give feedback on lead quality

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with clear spoken English and a confident phone presence
• Goal-oriented mindset able to meet daily and weekly call, appointment and conversion targets
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment in Multan, managing time between office and home
• Previous experience in telemarketing, inside sales or customer outreach is preferred but not mandatory
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, marketing or communications is an advantage

Required skills

• Cold calling, lead generation and basic sales techniques, including handling objections and building rapport
• Experience with CRM or lead management tools and accurate documentation of call outcomes
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as Meta, Google and TikTok ads, and the ability to explain them simply
