Customer Service Executive (E-commerce Support)

About the role

ONE5 Global is looking for a dynamic Customer Service Executive to join its team in Multan, Pakistan. The role is full-time and office-based (onsite), supporting international e-commerce customers with inquiries, orders and issues.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, support tickets and communications efficiently via email, chat and other support channels.
• Provide prompt, professional and accurate assistance to international e-commerce customers.
• Manage order tracking, resolve customer issues and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth fulfillment.
• Multitask across multiple platforms while maintaining high service quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training is provided.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid computer literacy and basic computer skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and a proven capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience on e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Etsy or eBay is a strong plus.
