About the role

Prime Vision Agency, a digital marketing company, is hiring a Call Centre Sales Specialist for its UK solar campaigns. The position is full-time and on-site in Multan, Pakistan. The specialist handles inbound and outbound calls, engages potential customers, explains services clearly and supports the sales and campaign objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Make and receive calls for UK solar campaigns.
• Engage potential customers and identify their needs.
• Communicate campaign information clearly and professionally.
• Handle customer enquiries and objections effectively.
• Maintain accurate customer records and call details.
• Follow campaign scripts, procedures and quality standards.
• Work towards campaign targets and sales objectives.

Required profile

• Good English communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
• Previous experience in call centre sales or campaign-based calling is preferred.
• Strong customer engagement and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle objections, stay calm under pressure and meet targets.
• Attention to detail when documenting customer interactions.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to work on-site in Multan and follow scheduled shifts.

Required skills

• Good computer literacy and accurate data-entry skills.
