Commercial Site Partner – Digital Workplace Support

About the role

The Commercial Site Partner is responsible for delivering and supporting site‑based digital workplace services across commercial locations. This hands‑on, in‑person role ensures employees can work effectively with digital tools while maintaining strong cyber security practices.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day technology service delivery at the site.
• Perform routine checks on critical site technology and equipment in partnership with D&T teams and third‑party providers.
• Maintain local asset inventory and support the full asset lifecycle according to Haleon policy.
• Assist with planned changes, upgrades, migrations and new tool roll‑outs, providing coordination, communication and floor‑walking support.
• Support migration of local applications to strategic global platforms.
• Oversee service level agreements and incident resolution for the site.
• Act as escalation point for incidents and problems, following Haleon incident and service management playbooks.
• Represent the site on incident management calls, ensuring operational context is clear.
• Identify recurring issues and work with D&T teams and suppliers to implement permanent fixes and service improvements.
• Provide site‑level input into post‑incident reviews and service improvement discussions.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering site‑based digital workplace services.
• Strong understanding of cyber security practices applied on‑site.
• Ability to build relationships with commercial leadership and functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills for coordination and incident escalation.
