Construction Manager

About the role
The Construction Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish. Acting as the primary point of contact, the manager ensures smooth communication between internal teams and external vendors, addressing any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee construction projects from initiation through completion.
- Coordinate logistics and cross‑functional activities with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure all work complies with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain status reports, tracking progress against timelines and budgets.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven leadership experience in managing construction teams.
- Strong decision‑making abilities and effective time‑management skills.
