Content Creator

About the role

Marham is looking for a creative and confident Content Creator to produce engaging digital content that builds brand awareness and promotes healthcare awareness. The ideal candidate enjoys brainstorming ideas, creating short-form videos, writing scripts and appearing on camera to communicate messages in an engaging and relatable way. The work is done in person.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative content ideas for social media, including Instagram Reels, TikTok-style videos, Facebook posts and YouTube Shorts.
• Appear on camera for educational videos, healthcare awareness campaigns, interviews and promotional content.
• Write video scripts, captions, hooks and content copy in English and Urdu.
• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing objectives.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors and marketing team members to produce high-quality content.
• Participate in content shoots and help bring creative concepts to life.
• Repurpose content across social media platforms to reach relevant audiences.
• Track content performance, including reach, engagement and audience response, and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated on social media trends, video formats and creative tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Communications or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in content creation, social media or a similar role.
• Comfortable and confident appearing on camera.
• Strong English and Urdu communication and writing skills.
• Ability to develop engaging video concepts, scripts and storytelling ideas.
• Ability to collaborate with creative teams and manage multiple deadlines.
• A portfolio of previous content, reels or videos is preferred.

Required skills

• Familiarity with social media platforms, Canva and AI-powered content tools.
• Video scripting and short-form video production.
