About the role
Keystone Medics is looking for enthusiastic Content Writers and Customer Service Representatives to join its on‑site team in Lahore. The positions are full‑time and require 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
Key responsibilities
- Create clear, engaging web content and basic content strategies for healthcare and medical billing topics.
- Research and verify information to ensure accuracy and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Handle inbound and outbound client communications, respond to billing inquiries, and document interactions.
- Collaborate with billing and operations teams to maintain professional service standards.
Required profile
- Strong written communication with a customer‑focused attitude.
- Basic knowledge or interest in healthcare, medical billing, or RCM processes.
- Ability to work on‑site in Lahore, manage multiple tasks and work within cross‑functional teams.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Business or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
