Contract Assistant & Deputy Manager Positions – Punjab Enforcement Authority

About the role

The Punjab Enforcement and Regulatory Authority (PERA) is inviting applications for a variety of contract positions at its headquarters in Lahore and at district enforcement boards across Punjab. Opportunities span senior managerial, audit, internal affairs, and specialised IT roles such as database administration, backend, full‑stack, technical, and AI/ML team leadership, as well as system and data analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement policies, oversee compliance and regulatory activities for assigned units.
• Lead and mentor technical teams to design, develop, and maintain backend, full‑stack, and AI/ML solutions.
• Manage and secure organisational databases, ensuring data integrity and availability.
• Conduct system and data analysis to support decision‑making and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate audit activities, internal affairs investigations, and internal controls.
• Prepare reports, present findings to senior management, and liaise with other government departments.

Required profile

• Relevant academic qualification (e.g., degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field).
• Proven professional experience in the respective functional area.
• Ability to obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) if currently employed in a government department.
• Willingness to work on a contractual basis for an initial three‑year term, extendable based on performance.
