About the role

Unity Films is seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Copywriter & Ads Creative Strategist to craft compelling advertising concepts, persuasive copy, and engaging content for digital marketing campaigns. The role requires a strong grasp of audience psychology, storytelling, and performance‑driven creative strategies to boost brand engagement and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Write persuasive ad copy, headlines, hooks, captions, and video scripts for digital advertising campaigns.
• Develop creative concepts and advertising angles for Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Research target audiences, market trends, and competitors to identify effective messaging opportunities.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams to execute creative campaigns.
• Develop creative briefs for static ads, video ads, and other marketing materials.
• Test different copy variations and creative approaches to improve campaign performance.
• Ensure brand consistency and maintain high‑quality written communication across platforms.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in copywriting, advertising, or creative strategy.
• Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.
• Understanding of digital advertising, audience targeting, and conversion‑focused messaging.
• Ability to develop fresh creative ideas and persuasive advertising concepts.
• Strong research, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
