Customer Onboarding & Software Training Specialist

About the role

InToday is a Canadian healthcare software company hiring one full-time, fully remote Customer Onboarding & Software Training Specialist. The main focus is live customer onboarding: calling physicians, therapists and their teams, demonstrating the software and guiding non-tech-savvy users through tasks. Applicants in Pakistan and elsewhere are welcome.

Key responsibilities

• Live onboarding: call customers, demonstrate the software, answer questions and check that they understand what they learned.
• Between calls, write help guides, product walkthroughs, short training videos and marketing/social media materials.
• Use company-provided AI tools to research, draft and edit work, always checking results against the actual software.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English, with clear, patient teaching style.
• Reliable internet and a quiet workspace for calls.
• Availability for the full Vancouver schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Vancouver time (daylight saving); in Pakistan this is roughly 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. PKT during daylight time and 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. PKT during standard time.
• Existing production work in onboarding, training, help content or marketing/social media, with a personal example of using AI and verifying its accuracy.

• No application fee or new unpaid work is required.
• Review involves a human portfolio review, two AI conversations and a final interview with the founder.

Paid CAD $800-$1,050 per month depending on demonstrated skills and scope, paid in Canadian dollars; payment terms confirmed in the offer.
