About the role
AuctionNow is seeking a proactive, customer‑focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) who can communicate effectively in Urdu, handle local customers, and coordinate with the local market.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely assistance in Urdu.
- Communicate with local customers, vendors, and market representatives.
- Manage customer concerns, follow‑ups, and issue resolution professionally.
- Use company systems and digital tools to maintain customer records and track interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth support and service delivery.
Required profile
- Strong verbal communication skills in Urdu.
- Good understanding of the local market and customer dealing.
- Comfortable using computers, software, and digital systems.
- Strong interpersonal, problem‑solving, and follow‑up abilities.
- Ability to join immediately or within a few days.
